dc.description.abstractMy sincere gratitude goes to God the Almighty for the gift of life, wisdom and resources, for enabling me surpass all the trials encountered in pursuit of this course and for making this study possible. To the management of Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, thank you in a special way for the financial support accorded to me for this course. To my research supervisor, Associate Professor George W.K.L. Kasozi, I appreciate your guidance throughout this study, your professionalism, and knowledge of the subject, patience, direction and keen eye for detail does not go unnoticed – I thank you in a special way for being part of this research.
